About Us

Joe and Jessica Kelley are the proud owners of The Funky Mermaid Lounge located in the rear of their store Gift Basket Designs on Harrison Avenue in Panama City, Florida.

Being locals and loving their community, they’ve chosen to do their part in helping to revitalize the downtown area of Panama City. They know the city well, and that is has a rich history of entrepreneurship, making the most of the beautiful location so close to the Gulf of Mexico that hosts vacationers year round.

With many different types of shops and services in the downtown area, Joe and Jessica have decided to immerse themselves in one of the busiest parts of the city as business owners, helping to meet the needs of the local residents and vacationers alike.
